The registration form was designed to contain all the relevant information for the rapid, secure and confidential sale of your property.

Our mode of communication with buyers ensures you peace of mind and a maximum number of serious potential buyers, because we are your intermediaries until the time of a visit.

To properly understand the scope of our respective obligations, we ask you to read the following:

Our mode of operation is simple:

  • ONLY LISTINGS FOR PROPERTIES ON A WATERFRONT SITE ARE ACCEPTED and 2 photos must be provided for display on the portal, one showing your view towards the water and another showing the front side of your property.

  • Click the Registration button, located to the left of the screen.

  • Specify what you want to sell or rent, and select the region where the home for sale or rent is located. You can also define your location by using the pull-down menu.

  • You then describe all aspects of your property on a waterfront site using a form distinguished by its simplicity, but which brings out all elements describing your terrestrial and aquatic environment.

  • The section Negotiable allows you to provide potential interested parties with certain data on the limits of your negotiations. This could be a selling point or a way of limiting misunderstandings, in order to facilitate this phase of the transaction.

  • By CHOOSING YOUR PACKAGE, you finalize your listing, which will be forwarded to our analysts who will ensure that it best serves your interests, and publish it within 48 hours. The flexible payment process lets you pay the listing fee, in a highly secure environment, with one of the major credit cards.
  • The visit request: Our system manages the communication process so that you are notified rapidly and confidentially by e-mail of an interested buyer or tenant.

  • After each visit request, we follow up with you and the visitor.

  • At the time of the sale or end of rental availability, we display "Sold" or "Rented" on the site for a period of 1 month. During this period, we send the landlord any reservation requests.

  • At the end of the listing, a list of activities during the contract period is forwarded to you electronically.

All this is made possible through a flexible payment process that lets you pay the listing fee in a highly secure environment with one of the major credit cards.
