The registration form was designed to contain all the relevant information for the rapid, secure and confidential sale of your property.

Our mode of communication with buyers ensures you peace of mind and maximum seriousness on the part of potential buyers, because we are with you until the time of a visit.

It's important to mention that as builders or real estate promoters you can list an unlimited number of properties and modify them at will. To properly define our partnership, you must examine what follows and accept our

We thank you for your interest in our site and promise you our loyal collaboration.

Following is our contractual agreement, please read it attentively, to ensure that you have completely understood our respective commitments, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to communicate with us at promoter@waterfrontsite.com

  • All properties must be on a Waterfront Site, and we therefore ask you to provide at least 2 photos proving this, as mentioned in our listing form.

  • Waterfront Site reserves the right to withdraw any listing violating its policies, after advising the seller or their representative, as applicable.

  • It is the responsibility of users to ensure that the information they disseminate does not violate the law, is not damaging and is accurate and truthful.

  • 1.In the eventuality that Waterfront Site is sued because of illegal or inexact and/or incomplete information, the builder and/or promoter who communicated the information agrees to hold Waterfront Site exempt and act as guarantor for any amount that Waterfront Site would be obliged to pay by court decision or by virtue of out-of-court settlement.

  • You agree in advertising (newspapers, specialized magazines, TV-ads, or personal site) to always refer people to the Waterfront Site Web site, by using our logo available in the section "Contact" of our portal, to promote your ads with Waterfront Site.

  • No texts, images, photographs, business concepts or geographic maps may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, displayed or transmitted, in any way whatever, without the prior permission of Waterfront Site.

  • 1.Insofar as a buyer or tenant is put in contact with a builder and/or promoter, the latter assume the entire responsibility of negotiations and the transaction, and in the eventuality that Waterfront Site is sued in relation to the contract, its termination, its nonfulfillment or for any other reason, they agree to hold Waterfront Site exempt and act as guarantor for any amount that it would be obliged to pay by court decision or by virtue of out-of-court settlement.

  • Waterfront Site accepts no responsibility for unauthorized or abusive use that certain people or organizations may make of the information contained on this portal.

  • Waterfront Site provides no guarantees as to the accuracy of the information contained on its Internet site with respect to the properties advertised nor with respect to any services and representations made by third parties.

  • It is however possible for inadvertent errors to appear on our site. We therefore accept no responsibility with respect to any errors or the quality of texts appearing herein.

  • We do not endorse nor accept any responsibility for sites of suppliers, or for any other source, whose links we display or allow you to access.

  • Waterfront Site is not a brokerage agency within the meaning of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

  • During your registration, you agree to identify yourself accurately, as builder or real estate promoter. Any default in this regard will automatically result in withdrawal of your listing(s) from the Waterfront Site portal.

  • Waterfront Site assumes no responsibility for the sale of your property, and offers no guarantee that it will be sold.

  • Aside from gross negligence, Waterfront Site assumes no responsibility with respect to any damages resulting from misoperation of our systems, errors of communication or misunderstanding on either side, or for any other reasons.

  • You agree that all fees concerning services that you use are payable immediately using a valid credit card belonging to you.

  • Furthermore, you agree to provide accurate and complete information on your property. In the eventuality that "Waterfront Site" is sued because of illegal or inexact and/or incomplete information communicated by you, you agree to hold "Waterfront Site" exempt and act as guarantor for any amount that "Waterfront Site" would be obliged to pay by court decision or by virtue of out-of-court settlement.

Furthermore, the "Waterfront Site" team agrees to:

  • Be your window to the international audience that you want to approach.

  • Promote and protect your interests to the best of our abilities.

  • Ensure your confidentiality through our secure inter-party communication process, while avoiding as far as possible the commercial use of the information by third parties.

Our mode of operation is simple:

  • Above all, it is fundamental that ONLY LISTINGS FOR PROPERTIES ON A WATERFRONT SITE ARE ACCEPTED and 2 photos must be provided for display on the portal: The first representing the waterfront site and the other, the front of the home for sale, or rent.

  • Just click the Registration button to the left of the screen.

  • It's important to mention that as builders or promoters you can list an unlimited number of homes and modify them at will.

  • Furthermore, the agreement also invites you to include our partner logo on any advertising that you do related to the properties listed on the "Waterfront Site" portal.

  • The section: "Negotiable" allows you to provide potential interested parties with certain data on the limits of your negotiations. This could be a selling point or a way of limiting misunderstandings, in order to facilitate this phase of the transaction.

  • 8. By clicking "Activate your listing", you forward your description to our analysts who will ensure that it best serves your interests, and publish it within 48 hours. The flexible payment process lets you pay the listing fee, in a highly secure environment, with one of the major credit cards.
