You can click immediately on the Search button to the left, but we suggest you first review the instructions below.

 

Instructions
  • Click the Search button located to the left of the screen.

  • Specify what you want to buy or rent.Select the desired region. You can also reach the desired region by using the dropdown menu.

  • You can then select a list of homes for sale using the selection criteria or the listing number.

  • You then have access to two levels of information for each home:

    • The information summary, 2 photos of the home for sale and the name of the body of water.

    • Complementary information is available by a simple click, providing additional photos of the chosen home and other pertinent details.

  • You can, also take advantage of the option My favourites, to remember the homes for sale or rent that you want to keep an eye on.

We also offer you the following two services:

  • Obtain privileged information on the seller's or renter's negotiation limits.
  • A system of pre-sale or pre-rental alerts, to give you priority over all other buyers or tenants, either in sector you want, or in a vast territory.

The process is innovative and lets you optimize your time, your investment and your chances of reaching a deal, making your life that much easier.
